30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and parts (if applicable).
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellations

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost where applicable.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect order placed by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
